٢. الطلبات
- يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 18 سنة فأكثر أو أن يستخدم الموقع بإشراف ولي الأمر.
- يعتبر الطلب مؤكداً بعد إتمام الدفع واستلام رسالة التأكيد.
- نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال، ويتم في هذه الحالة رد المبلغ كاملاً.
٣. الأسعار والدفع
- جميع الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي (د.ك).
- يتم الدفع إلكترونياً عبر وسائل الدفع المتاحة في الموقع (مثل كي نت والبطاقات البنكية) من خلال بوابات دفع آمنة، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
- قد تتغير الأسعار والعروض دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة.
٤. التوصيل
- نوصل داخل دولة الكويت فقط، وتظهر رسوم التوصيل في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب.
- أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتأثر بالظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.
- العميل مسؤول عن صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف وتواجده لاستلام الطلب.
٥. المنتجات والحساسية
- منتجاتنا طازجة ويجب حفظها حسب التعليمات وتناولها خلال المدة الموصى بها.
- قد تحتوي منتجاتنا أو تُحضَّر في مكان يحتوي على مكسرات أو حليب أو بيض أو قمح أو مسببات حساسية أخرى. يرجى التواصل معنا قبل الطلب إذا كانت لديك حساسية.
- الصور المعروضة للتوضيح وقد يختلف شكل المنتج قليلاً.
٦. الإلغاء والاسترداد
تخضع عمليات الإلغاء والاسترداد لـ سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.
٧. الخصوصية
نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

2. Orders
- You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a guardian's supervision.
- An order is confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation is received.
- We may refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect, or fraud is suspected; in that case a full refund is issued.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
- Payment is made online through the methods available on the site (such as KNET and bank cards) via secure payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
- Prices and offers may change without notice; confirmed orders are not affected.
4. Delivery
- We deliver within Kuwait only. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and phone number and being available to receive the order.

- Our products are fresh and should be stored as instructed and consumed within the recommended time.
